Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Simrekids.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

 

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

 

Shipping rates

 

We are shipping worldwide via  FedEx Express Service only. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery Estimates

Canada: 2-4 business days

North America: 2-4 business days

Europe: 2-4 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4-7 business days

Asia Pacific: 4-7 business days

 

 

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Simrekids ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. Unfortuantely we are not able to ship to  APO/FPO/DPO addresses at the moment. We recommend you to use a mail-forwarding service if you have APO/FPO addresses.

 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active latest within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

All orders shipping to a destination outside of the USA are subjected to the import duties, fees and taxes of the destination country. Please note that packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.

 

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency of Inspection.

 

We are not responsible for any duties, fees or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order.

 

Please note that it is your responsiblity to obtain any necessary governmental permissions and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay import charges including duties, fees and taxes.

 

 

Damages

 

Simrekids is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
